Australian Chamber Orchestra

The Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO) was founded in Sydney in 1975. Under the inspiring leadership of Australian virtuoso Richard Tognetti, the ACO continues to challenge and redefine traditional notions of a chamber orchestra.

The ACO's unique artistic style encompasses not only the masterworks of the classical repertoire, but innovative cross-artform projects and an active commissioning program. The ACO's dedication and musicianship continues to attract celebrated Australian and international guest soloists.
